Poor Michael Okwu was up way too early for The Today Show after spending so many hours covering Michael Jackson and made a big mistake…he said that Betty White was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. As we all know the 87 year TV legend is still alive and kicking and is a feisty as ever. Lucky for Meredith Viera, who corrected him, Bette Davis is actually buried there. To see who else is buried there, you can check out Find A Grave that lists most of the celebs who made Forest Lawn their final resting place like Lucille Ball.
Again poor Michael Okwu, out of all the celebs to kill off she is not one of the ones we ever want to see go.
xoxo Hena!!!
David Letterman missed out by not having Sacha Baron Cohen dressed as Bruno the other night on the show because seeing him on the Today Show as his Austrian ego was so hysterical. It was like watching a great comedy sketch that you didn’t want to end. Plus Matt Lauer really held his own brilliantly. I am not sure I could’ve gone as long as he did without completely losing it. Seriously you have to watch the whole interview to see all the gems he came up with. I can’t wait to see what other politically incorrect jokes he has in Bruno that comes out tomorrow!
Remo Williams is finally back with another adventure almost 25 years after the first movie according to Risky Biz Blog!!!
Warren Murphy and Richard Sapir wrote the initial batch of “Destroyer†adventure tomes, which centered on Williams, a New Jersey cop convicted of a crime he didn’t commit. Williams is sentenced to the electric chair, but his death is faked so he can be reborn as the vigilante character the Destroyer, joining a top-secret assassin squad set up by the government to operate outside the bounds of the law.
With the help of an Asian assassin named Chiun, Williams also then wreaks havoc on the criminal underworld as well as on those who framed him.
I loved the original movie! I think it is one of the funnest action movies ever with such amazing chemistry between Fred Ward and Joel Grey. While neither actor at this point is signed on for the new Remo Williams. I really hope they reconsider bringing Joel Grey back, especially since now he looks a lot more like Chiun.
BTW if you have never seen Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins, rent it now I promise you will love it as much as me. It is the adventure flick for people of all ages and sexes!!!
