I wonder who hates Hayden Panettiere so much that they would let her go to the Madonna concert dressed like that. That is so not the right look for Hayden, she doesn't have the body to go without a shrt and bra like that. Hayden be a true Hero and never go out like that ever again.

I’d say she accomplished what she wanted if she wanted stares from every guy in the place. Most of us guys get turned on by even a hint of cleavage and I think she looks pretty hot. We fantasize about what we would do if we had the chance and not what we can’t see. Now that I think of it, I never did look at her face in those shots.
