I think people think celebs should look perfect because most of them are wealthy and can afford to have plastic surgery, get their teeth fixed, etc. Some celebs choose not to alter their appearance much though, even if they can afford it.

Look at the dark shadow on the left of her mouth in the close up, it’s not there in the real photo. The lighting on the lips also slightly differs, and her face is at a different angle. Photoshopped or fake.
