Shemar Moore Tweeted the top photo and said “2 weeks back in the gym… Gotta turn this 3 pack back into a 6 pack.. It hurts but Go Hard or stay home!!!” I don’t know about you, but I think his abs look the same in both pictures. I want to equally do my laundry the old fashioned way when I look at his washboard stomach!!!
