David Spade Tweeted the top picture and said, “Popped”. He didn’t say what it was for, but I am assuming it was for using his phone while driving. I mean he was able to get that picture up and on Twitter pretty quickly.
If he had a better list of movies, and I were him I would’ve said, “do you know me from???” But with movies like Black Sheep and Joe Dirt, it is better to get the ticket and go to driving school!
