Sony’s "Dreamgirls" soundtrack held onto No. 1 for a second week, but managed to again break the record for lowest-selling chart-topper. Disc sold 60,000 copies in the week ended Sunday, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Last week, the disc secured the top slot with sales of 66,000. Next week, a bump related to the pic’s three Golden Globes wins should push its total back up, but new competition will likely knock the disc off the top perch. Meanwhile, "B’Day" by "Dreamgirls" star Beyonce returned to the top 10, climbing five slots to No. 6 on sales of 41,000. Sales, at 17.5 million units this year, are down 16% compared to 2006.
