Gossip Girl is on hiatus and Penn Badgley is really letting himself go. He is growing out his hair and not shaving during the break and I think he looks like Wolverine from the neck up. I never thought Dan Humphrey was cute, but with the messy curls and his sorry attempt of a beard, he looks even worse. Someone get him to a barbershop ASAP and let them do their magic to tame that style.
