Reese Witherspoon’s birthday was March 22nd, and her 13th wedding anniversary to Jim Toth is March 26th, so she is celebrating both by announcing that they are ending their marriage.

We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together. Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. The actress and the talent agent started dating in 2010, got engaged later that year, and were married in 2011. They welcomed their only child together, Tennessee, in September 2012.
This is Witherspoon’s second divorce. She was previously married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999-2007.
