On a positive note, Pharrell Williams didn’t wear his hat on the red carpet at the Oscars. On a negative, he wore shorts. Maybe that was his tribute to Shirley Temple Black when she played Heidi? Seriously, who actually told him that look was a good idea? The Oscars’ jester? Because he looks like a joke.
