Ellen Pompeo shared this behind the scenes photo from the set of Grey’s Anatomy today. I guess this season will be more about busting a gut than gut wrenching like seasons past.
Seriously though, how realistic do those fake body parts look? Actually, are we sure they are fake because they look really real?
