I am so thankful for tonight’s episode of Raising Hope on Fox at 9:30p because I can’t even begin to tell you fabulously funny it is!
Tonight when Burt gets a call from his judgmental parents, The Six Million Dollar Man Lee Majors and The Partridge Family mom Shirley Jones, that they are coming over for Thanksgiving, Virginia and him need come up with a plan ASAP to make them think they are rich and successful. Since one of the houses that Virginia (Martha Plimpton) cleans is going to be vacant for the holiday, she decides moves Maw Maw, Jimmy, Hope and Sabrina in to their nice big house. Yes Sabrina too because she will be playing Jimmy’s wife and Hope’s mom, so that Burt’s parents don’t really know about Hope’s mom and how and why she died. They will have a lot of fun making up stories about how their life is better than it is. But the one who will be having the most fun is Maw Maw (Cloris Leachman) who will be assigned to sleep in the teenage daughter’s room. Imagine what she will do with a vibrating phone, thong underwear and a Instant Messenger? It won’t be pretty, but it will be pretty hysterical!

BTW can I tell you even though my friends have been tell me how hilarious this show is, I never watched it until this episode about two weeks ago. I loved it so much, I am now so addicted to the show that I can’t wait to catch up on all I missed and watch all the new episodes to see just what’s next for The Chances as they try Raising Hope! So find out just how awesome this show is that it made me an addict after just one episode tonight!
