Mandy Moore posted this photo and revealed, “For some inexplicable reason, my mom let me perm and temporarily color (!) my hair when I was 10. Permed bangs? MOM. Also, I only had those braces for 6 months (shoulda been longer cause my teeth are NOT straight).”
Even with frizzy, permed, strawberry locks and metal teeth, she is still as cute then as she is now. I am sure this is her awkward phase and she still looks better than we did when we went through it at that age.
