Looks like Rob Lowe is going from investigating the unknown on The Lowe Files to becoming one. Here he is made up as some sort of blue monster. Why? He just says it is a surprise! I do not know about you, but I cannot wait to see what it is for!

Although, I am surprised that all that electric blue did not bring out his hypnotizing eyes! It almost washes them out.
