Ellen Pompeo Tweeted the above picture and said “very busy right now”. Hey she deserves a break, now that she isn’t filming Grey’s Anatomy for a few months. And don’t forget the show doesn’t go on its 4 month vacation until after the season finale tonight at 9p on ABC.
