Michael Ausiello is breaking another big story and this is that Isaiah Washington was finally fired from Grey's Anatomy. I say finally because ever since the new F-word incident everyone has been wondering when he would be let go and today was the day told him they opted not to pick up his contract. A source told Ausiello,
"There was a pattern of problematic behavior going back before he used the F-word, I imagine [his dismissal] was the result of all of that." And that is what has been reported by other projects he worked on to. I guess he always held a grudge with the show because he was the original Dr. McDreamy until Patrick Dempsey auditioned and they gave him the role.
His publicist confirmed he will not be back and gave the following statement from him, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." Well I guess so was ABC and Grey's Anatomy and they didn't take it anymore.
I won't miss him because I am so sick of hearing about the incident already. Hopefully Katherine Heigl will be released too.
