I am not sure how to react to the news that my favorite recent horror franchise is coming back in 3-D. To me doing something that like that is cheesey and cheapens the movies ie. Halloween 3-D, Friday the 13th 3-D and Psycho 3-D.
The premise of the series is that even if you cheat death once, a force that is death itself will stalk you until it finishes what is started, usually in a gruesome fashion. While plot details for "FD4" are being kept under wraps, the movie will stand alone: It will feature new teens facing new forms of death.
The script was written by Eric Bress, who co-wrote "Final Destination 2."
2 was the best in the series, so that is something to look forward to at least. Seriously I love these movie, the deaths are so slow and original and unpredictable and gory! What more can you ask for from a good horror movie?
I will be there opening day, but as of now there is no release date for Final Destination 4!!!
