Paula Deen shared a photo of herself as a witch, and I was like, that explains so much. I mean, who other than a witch would come up with recipes like Fried Butter Balls, the Lady’s Bruch Burger, Twinkie Pie, Peanut Butter Cheese Fudge, Deep Fried Mac & Cheese, and Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf? Other people, who get around on a broom, use cattails and monkey eyes in their brews, but she uses butter and lots and lots of it. I guess you can say her cookbooks are really spellbooks.
