Chris Klein was arrested in the wee hours of the morning on suspicion of driving under of the influence. According to
TMZ his BAC was .20 and California legal limit is .08. They added this is the second arrest for alleged DUI that he has (the first one in 2004) and if he is convicted he could serve a minimum of 4 days in jail and an ignition interlock system could be installed in his vehicle if he wishes to drive. He is currently being held on $25,000 bail.
But there is some good news for him, almost all of the headlines say American Pie actor arrested as compared to Katie Holmes’ ex. At least he finally got rid of that as his description.
