Scoop is saying that Posh Spice has asked Katie Holmes to be her Ethel to her Lucy on her upcoming reality show on NBC. “Katie thinks this is a great break for Posh, and she’d love to be her sidekick on the show,” a “friend of Katie’s” told Life & Style magazine. “She’s hoping to let the world see her as a happy wife and mother!” As much as Katie would like to do it, her master I mean her husband, Tom Cruise does not want her to do it. “Tom’s opinion is, ‘Why would you want to be Ethel if Posh is Lucy?’” Tom loves Lucy, and maybe that is why he doesn't want her being Ethel. I think he doesn't want her to do it because he will have no control over her and how they edit her. I hope he let's her do it, just because it will be interesting to hear from her again without Tom and his Scientology advisers around, but I don't think we will.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are actually letting Suri out more often these days. First there was the sighting with her paternal grandmother and Katie, then Tom took her to the Oscar rehearsals and now they let her go to Conner's basketball game! It is so nice to see her actually out in sunlight! And is it just me or is Tom Cruise's nose getting bigger?

|  Katie Holmes raised eyebrows with her demure manner on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscar party. Upon arriving at the famed afterparty, Cruise urged his bride to pose for a photograph alone. "Take a shot of her," he told photographers. But according to an onlooker, the 28-year-old actress refused to take a picture without him. The actor then led Holmes around by the hand, pulling her back and forth while he mingled and she remained silent. Cruise, 44, greeted a few photographers but didn’t introduce his wife, who said nothing and stood next to her husband, waiting for him to finish his conversations. He later asked her again to pose for a picture alone, and she finally agreed. “She looks at him for direction,” the witness tells Us.

Some might say she is just shy, but c'mon it sounds like he is controlling her. And whenever you see them walking together he is always guiding her as compared to her walking on her own free will?
