In it, we see a man sentenced to death when a heavy chain from the ceiling of the tattoo parlor he is working at detaches and then attaches to his septum ring. As soon as it does, the chain gets caught up in the ceiling fan, and it keeps getting shorter and shorter. Since the guy can’t seem to take out his nose ring, he keeps trying to get higher until he can. But alas, it did not work, and Death claims another victim.
Just like when Final Destination 2 came out in 2003 and scar(r)ed and taught us forever to never drive behind a log truck full of logs, FDB, before it even comes out, is scaring people to take out their septum piercings.
Do not believe me? Watch this compilation of people doing just that after watching the teaser. That is the best and cheapest (free) marketing Warner Bros could have asked for.
I love it! Not only because I love the Final Destination franchise. I love it because I hate septum rings. They are so ugly to me. Seriously, does anyone think they look good? Besides to people who have them?
FD6 comes out on May 16th, and septum rings will keep coming out every time someone who wears one sees this teaser and/or the Horror movie.
Ever since 2003, people have been afraid to drive behind a truck with objects that could possibly fly off and decapitate them, thanks to Final Destination 2.
Jeffrey Reddick, the man who wrote that scene that made driving a little more scarier, found himself by a van with metal ladders on its roof. What did he think? He wrote, “I laugh when I find myself in Final Destination situation. But my brain is also like…this would be GREAT publicity for the franchise. .”
And he has something to promote for the franchise because Final Destination Bloodlines is coming out on May 16th. What living nightmares will this film give us besides septum piercings?
Final Destination will once again be killing those who cheated death on May 16th. However, this time, it is in the Bloodlines, as in the family.
Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all.
Today, we got a look at one of the people who Death comes to claim, and I watched with my hands over my eyes. I could feel the pain he was feeling when the chain from the fan was pulling on his septum piercing. And I don’t have any nose piercings.
It is kills like this why I think that Final Destination is the best Horror franchise of the new millennium. They are slow and methodological, and you never know what is going to be the final nail in the coffin because there are so many ways it can happen in that character’s final scene. But you know it is going to happen. So you wait patiently as Death claims his victim.
Sadly, Death took Tony Todd from us last year. Therefore, this will be his final appearance as the funeral director in the series (without AI or CGI).
On November 6th, Death came for Tony Todd, and the 60-year-old was no longer able to cheat him, according to Deadline.
The actor’s tall stature, deep voice, and haunting speech made him memorable and also perfect for Horror movies, and that is what he is most known for throughout his nearly 40-year-long career.
He was seen in Night of the Living Dead, The Crow, Wishmaster, the coroner in the Final Destination franchise, The Prophecy: Forsaken, Hatchet, and so many more.
However, his most notorious role was as Candyman. He played the son of a slave in the 1800s who impregnated a white woman. As revenge, her father sent a lynch mob after him covered with honey so that bees would attack him. The bee stings led to his death, and he never stopped getting revenge on those who calls his name three times.
Maybe if we Tony Todd, Tony Todd, Tony Todd, we can show him how much we loved him as he makes his way to heaven.
Have you ever witnessed someone being attacked, and did nothing? What if that person died and then they decided to get revenge on all of those who did not to stop it, nor did they help him. That is the premise for Don’t Look Back.
The terrifying horror movie is from Jeffrey Reddick, the same evil genius who gave us Final Destination. Even in the trailer, I can see his brilliance at work. Thus, I will be watching it on October 16th, when it comes out in theaters and on home video.
I just might not be looking forward at the screen the whole time. You know, because it is too frightening for me to look at without my hands over my eyes.
