Tonight at 11:35p on CBS, David Letterman is saying goodbye to late night after 33 years, a third of a century. Not only has he influenced many people, he has been a big part of all of the remaining talk show hosts’ lives. Jimmy Kimmel was obsessed with him since he was a teenager. Conan O’Brien would still not be on the air had Letterman not come on to Late Night to save it. Ellen DeGeneres and Jimmy Fallon were guests on his show when they were starting out. Finally, Seth Meyers wouldn’t have a show if Jay Leno didn’t screw Letterman out of The Tonight Show.
So in the last few days, all of the above took time out of their shows to rightfully salute their hero. So watch them pay tribute to the man who they all have to thank for their jobs. Without him Kimmel would still be doing radio, Conan would be writing for The Simpsons, Fallon would be doing unwatchable movies, Ellen would have another sitcom and Meyers would still be on Saturday Night Live. Come to think of it… Joking, they are all better when they are!
Before Jack Black and James Mardsen were riding The D Train together, they were both Touched By an Angel on the same episode. Black, 26, and Mardsen, 22, look the same now as they did in 1985.

Kristen Schaal was on Late Night yesterday and Seth Meyers asked her about her sex scene with Will Forte on it. She told him that before they shot it, she ate a lot of beans for another scene. So when the two actors got into bed, the beans started to have their effect on her. So much so, she told her co-star that she was going to fart on him. He told her that was OK, because what else can he do when he has a woman on top of him.
Not only did he let her let go, he also took credit for her cutting of the cheese. What a gentlemen. And she was a true lady because she took the blame for stinking up the place.

We are days away from the release of the Fifty Shades of Grey movie and NBC late night thought it would be fun to have men read from the book.
Jimmy Fallon started it off on The Tonight Show by reading lines from the book in different accents with Christian Grey himself, Jamie Dornan.
Once we were done hearing their fake accents it was time for Late Night with Seth Meyers to take it to the streets of Manhattan and have several men there read from the best selling book since the bible. Their expressions as they say each word aloud is better than anything that can happen in the movie. Although, probably not as funny as anything that will happen in the film that has 20 minutes of sex.
Ten years ago, Sharon Osbourne accidentally called 50 Cent, Fiddy Cent and to this day people still call him that. Yesterday on Late Night with Seth Meyers, he explained to us when we can call him Fifty and when we can call him Fiddy. Let’s just say in short you can only call him 50. Which is OK with me because that is the only name I’ve been calling him. What name have you been using for him?
