Zach Galifianakis invited his fellow Schumuck, I mean co-star from their new movie Dinner for Schmucks, to be on his FunnyOrDie talk show Between Two Ferns and it was the funniest webisode yet!!! I can’t tell you how many times I laughed during that 3 and a half minute interview but the final gag had me ROTFLMAO so make sure to watch it all the way through. Seriously who knew that there were that many fat and big nose jokes, but those two sure went below the belt (if Zach could find one that could fit around his waist) when they went for each other jugulars.
I really hope their new movie is as funny as that bit because if it is then there will be a sequel to the movie and maybe even a Between Two Ferns 2: Four Ferns!
I have to admit for the most part I hate Ben Stiller films, but I really want to see Little Fockers when it comes out on December 22nd. I enjoyed everything about Meet the Parents, but Stiller and then when Meet the Fockers came out I was thoroughly disappointed about everything in the movie. But after watching the teaser trailer for Little Fockers, it looks like it will be the first film of his I will like him in since Keeping the Faith. Forgetting him, Robert De Niro looks freaking hysterical in the third movie of the franchise. He really made the first one and I think he will make this one too. I seriously can’t believe how many times I found myself LOLing in that teaser trailer. Why are Viagra induced erections always funny?
I don’t know what it is about Jack Black movies, the trailers make then look like they are going to be really good but when you go to see the movie they wind up being really bad. I keep getting suckered in to seeing them because of the trailers, but within a few minutes I always regret my decision. That was until now because Gulliver’s Travel looks like crap from the trailer which means Jack Black might have actually done a movie worse than Year One and I didn’t that was possible.
Seriously I think I would rather have coal in my stocking then go see Gulliver’s Travels on Christmas.
For years they have been teasing us with a sequel to Anchorman and it was starting to look like it was getting ready to go forward. But today I must report to you that is no longer happening. Adam McKay broke the sad news on Twitter, “So bummed. Paramount basically passed on Anchorman 2. Even after we cut our budget down. We tried.” If you are like me and wonder why they don’t just shop it around to another studio, Adam Tweeted why they can’t, “To all who asked: no we can’t do Anchorman 2 at another studio. Paramount owns it.” I am bummed that Ron Burgundy got the pink slip from Paramount, but I think Will Ferrell and Adam McKay will be OK, thanks to their little website…FunnyOrDie.
Owen Wilson goes from dog owner to being the dog in Marmaduke and by the looks of that trailer for the comic strip that has been turned into a movie, it is something to bark about! I can’t wait to see that doggy dance number in its entirety when the film comes out on June 4th. Seriously doesn’t Marmaduke look arfdorable?
