It just doesnt stop…
So i gain a little bit of weight, and im acussed of having a gastric bypass surgery reversed? Its pathetic of Page Six to insinuate i have done this. Anyone that knows anything about this surgery would know that legally, you must be AT LEAST 100 pounds overweight to even have the surgery done, and is a serious, life changing procedure; not one to throw around as a joke or a rumor. Ive statement I am in the process of putting on weight, and that should be enough. Its a shame to hear that instead of hearing supportive words, someone needs to spin it into some negative, absurd way

NICOLE RICHIE is speaking out for the first time since seeking help with her weight loss. "I’m not in rehab and I don’t have an eating disorder," Nicole says in the new Us Weekly. "I’m getting the help I need and taking care of my health." According to the magazine — which hits stands this Friday — Nicole hit a turning point when she attended her grandmother’s funeral in late October. Her relatives were reportedly shocked to see how thin she’d gotten in recent months. When her father LIONEL stepped in, Nicole sought treatment. Us Weekly says that they talked about it as a family and decided she needed to get checked out. The magazine reports that the five-foot-one star has gained six pounds in the past six weeks, climbing from an estimated 87 pounds this summer. As for her condition today, her publicist tells ET that "she is working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is nutrition." However, Nicole has repeatedly denied accusations that she has an eating disorder, despite the significant drop in weight over the past couple of years.

So she admits she has a problem, why isn’t she just staying in the treatment facilty instead of going out partying?

Sources tell TMZ that Nicole Richie passed out at Hyde nightclub early Sunday morning in Hollywood. We’re told it occurred just before 2 a.m., when Richie passed out and fell to the floor. An employee approached Richie and her friends and said he was calling 911. Sources say they told the employee not to make the call and that they would take Richie to a hospital. The friends then carried Richie out of the club through the back door. TMZ does not know if Richie went to the hospital. Late last week, Richie’s reps confirmed that the "Simple Life" star entered a treatment facility to determine why she hasn’t gained weight. Richie has looked shockingly thin over the last few months. Richie’s rep tells TMZ her client was at Hyde for approximately 20 minutes but denies that she collapsed.

I guess her stay at the treatment facility was too short.

Nicole Richie is taking a break from The Simple Life to seek help in her own life. The 25-year-old reality TV star is in an undisclosed private facility, her publicist exclusively tells E! News, "to undergo diagnostic treatment to determine why she’s not been putting on any weight." "She is working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is nutrition," says the rep. "It is important to Nicole that she achieve this goal in a healthy way, [but] this is not a treatment for an eating disorder." Richie’s treatment means work on the new season of The Simple Life, which will find Richie and recently reconciled pal Paris Hilton as camp counselors, is temporarily on hold. In a joint statement, show producers 20th Century Fox and Bunim/Murray said, "Everyone…supports Nicole and wishes her well. We consider her a part of our family and look forward to resuming production on The Simple Life when she is ready." Meanwhile, E!, which televises the series, added, "Nicole is an important member of the E! Networks family. We send her our very best wishes and look forward to working with her on the new season of The Simple Life." (E! Online is a division of E! Networks.) In recent months, Richie has addressed rampant tabloid speculation over her weight loss. Last spring, she told People that "stress" over her breakup with former fiancé Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein briefly affected her eating habits.

The first step is admitting you have a problem, at least she is finally admitting it!
