Kelly Ripa has a new word that she wants to share with the world and yesterday she revealed it on Live with Kelly. What is the word? It is Vagagony. What does it mean? She says, “It is the agony you feel in your nether region after spin class.” The more you know!
Although ladies, I think we can all agree we can use that word for so many other scenarios.
Michael Weatherly co-hosted Live with Kelly today; and during a commercial break, the Bull star shared a story about the word that follows his show’s title. A 💩 story!
Back when he was 12 years old he went to sleep away camp, and for the first 6 days while he was there he didn’t make #2. Then one day they went on an overnight hike in nature and nature called. As he explained, “All of sudden, I was leaning over looking to see if it was a salamander was sunbathing or something. And I knew I had about 6 seconds before I was going to give birth to my own little love child.” What did he do? He “ripped his pants down, in front of the entire camp,” and he “uncoiled what looked like 18 foot boa constrictor.”
Where is Mark Harmon when you need him to smack DiNozzo in the back of the head when you really need him to? Seriously though, that is a great story that we can all relate to. Unlike him, we just don’t share it with strangers.
For almost a quarter of a century, Regis Philbin hosted Live with Regis & Kathie Lee and then Live with Regis & Kelly, but in 2011 he decided to retire from the show. Even though he made the show what it is, he has not been asked to return, even for one day, ever since he left the talk show over 5 years ago.
On his Ora TV show his old friend Larry King asked him, why has not been asked back. Philbin gave his theory why, “She got very offended when I left. She thought I was leaving because of her.” Is that why he left? Here’s his truth, “I was leaving because I was getting older and that wasn’t right for me anymore.”
It seems like Kelly Ripa makes her co-hosts leaving all about her, but maybe it is about them instead. Regis is getting older and had some health problems before his departure, so you can’t blame him from stepping away for the job to get some much needed me time. You also can’t blame Michael Strahan for wanting more with Good Morning America. I bet you if Kelly Ripa was offered something great, she would leave Live with too and in that case it would be all about her.
Now when it comes to Live with, I think they should have Regis fill in every now again because fans of that should would love to see his mug on it. That is why they love when he does the 4th hour of Today with his other co-host Kathie Lee Gifford, who didn’t leave the show because of him. Don’t you think they should have him back on Live with?
Keanu Reeves was on Live with Kelly today and Kelly Ripa confessed a secret to him during a commercial break. She told him, “Back when I used to make out with your cardboard cut out. You remember, don’t you?” Then she explained, “I was on a Soap Opera called All My Children and I had a, a life-size cardboard cut out of you.”
Where did she get it? Her friend worked at Blockbuster (kids before there was Netflix and Amazon people used to have rent movies from a store like that); and when the store was done with it, her friend gave it to her. The daytime talk show host took the one dimensional Keanu, put it in her dressing room and would have her way with it. That’s right.
How does Ted Theodore Logan feel about it? His face looks just like, I am sure it did, when The Wachowskis explained the premise of the Matrix to him. Shock, awe, my mind is completely blown and is this really happening. So much so, you know he is wondering where he can find that phonebooth from Bill & Ted’s and make it so her friend didn’t get the job at the video rental place. This way Kelly would never get his cardboard likeness.
On that note, I wonder how many paper cuts she got from it? Also, the next time Sting is on Live with Kelly, I hope and pray that he reworks Be My Gal, Sally (It is song about a guy making a blowup doll his wife) to Be My Guy, Keanu because that is some weird crap and it totally needs a song.
Matthew McConaughey made a shocking reveal today on Live with Kelly today. Back in 1999, the Oscar winner was balding. He used some product called Region X and it miraculously grew back. In fact, it grew back so well that there is a hair transplant convention that uses his photo as a model of the perfect hair transplant. Only problem is he never had one. That will be an interesting conversation when they show his photo at this year’s event.
