Gina Rodriguez debuts her baby bump!
November 12th, 2014 under Jane the Virgin. [ Comments: 2 ]

Gina Rodriguez plays Jane the pregnant Virgin on The CW, but so far in the episodes that have aired we have not seen her baby bump. Well, that is all about to change because yesterday she Instagrammed a photo of the fake belly that she will be wearing on the endearing show. You know what, they have come a long way baby with prosthetic pregnancy stomachs because it actually looks real. Remember when they were just fabric? This one makes it look like she is really going to have a little one in real life and not just one on the show.

Jane the Virgin has the daddy of all episodes tonight!

Last week our jaws dropped when Rogelio de la Vega (Jaime Camil) told Jane the Virgin (Gina Rodriguez) he is her father and tonight at 9p on The CW we find out how she reacts to it all.
Now that Jane finally knows who her dad is, she wants to get to know him. But first she has to deal with the father of her baby, who just told her his wife cheated on him with his dead best friend. So now the happy home she was going to give her child to is not so happy. Jane’s homelife isn’t happy these days either because she is mad at her mom (Andrea Navedo) for not telling her who her daddy is until now. How is she going to handle all of that?
Meanwhile her baby daddy’s wife, Petra (Yael Grobglas), has a plan to keep her husband, Rafael (Justin Baldoni), and it will be shocking. Just as shocking as when they find another person murdered in the hotel. What? I’ve said too much, so tune in for another exciting heartwarming episode tonight at 9p.
Believe me, I didn’t tell you nearly all of the jaw dropping stuff that happens in this episode, and there is one in particular moment that will have you saying, “Ay dios mio!”

Jane the Virgin’s dream wedding is turning into a nightmare!

Tonight at 9p on The CW, Jane the Virgin (Gina Rodriguez) is planning for dream wedding that is happening in just 6 days, but a sex dream about her baby daddy, I mean Rafael (Justin Baldoni), turns everything into a nightmare.
Michael (Brett Dier), her fiance’, wants her to keep her distance from Rafael when he finds out about the dream, but that is easier said than done.
It is only prepping for his rush wedding to Jane that has Michael feeling the pressure, he also only has hours to prove that Petra (Yael Grobglas), Rafael’s wife, is innocent and didn’t kill her lover. If he can’t prove her innocence, she will he arrested for murder.
And things get even worse for her, when her ex-lover and Rafael’s arch-nemesis comes back into their lives.
Then there is Jane’s long lost father (Jaime Camil), will tonight be the night she finds out about him?
All I will tell you is the episode ends with Jane crying in a wedding gown. What causes those tears, the answer might or not be above… Tune in to find out.

Jane the Virgin’s Brett Dier’s ugly face is everything!!!
October 27th, 2014 under Jane the Virgin. [ Comments: none ]

Brent Dier is like a lot of actors who loves to live Tweet when their show is airing. When the Jane the Virgin star asked who was going to do it with him, a follower said she would only do if he Tweeted his “Best Worst Face”. Making sure that he had as many fans as possible there with him, he did it. What we got is one of the best celebrity Twitpics ever. How ugly is that face? Which is so awesome because he pretty face is as petty as his ugly face is ugly.

Hallelujah! Jane the Virgin and The Flash picked up for a full season!

The CW is batting a thousand this year with their new shows because today they announced that they are picking up both of them for a full season. That’s right, Jane the Virgin and The Flash will be around until May. Which is fine with me because both shows prove that The CW is continuing to go in the right direction and create shows that people love to watch.
Now what this good news means for Hart of Dixie and Beauty and the Beast is yet to be seen. Which returning show, will end its run early to make room for them? We will just have to wait and see, but I think Originals is in trouble. Plus, I’d love to see Hart of Dixie with Jane because both shows would be delightful together. Wouldn’t that be great viewing for your Mondays if those two shows aired back to back?
