Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband says he had a decade-long affair with Anna Nicole Smith and may be her daughter’s father. The claim, by Prince Frederick von Anhalt, comes amid a paternity suit over Smith’s five-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. The birth certificate lists Dannielynn’s father as attorney Howard K. Stern, but former boyfriend Larry Birkhead is waging a legal challenge, saying he is the father. Arnhalt says he will file a lawsuit if the baby is turned over to Stern or Birkhead. As the prince puts it, "If you go back from September, she wasn’t with one of those guys, she was with me."

Sounds like he is just doing this for publicity or for the inheritence because why did he wait so long to throw his hat into the game?

A judge on Friday refused to order an emergency DNA test on Anna Nicole Smith’s body as part of a paternity suit involving her infant daughter, but he ordered that the body be preserved until a hearing Feb. 20, attorneys said. Two men are contesting the paternity of 5-month-old Dannielynn, and experts say the custody decision could determine the child’s inheritance. With major legal issues undecided, Smith’s legacy could take years to untangle and could leave the baby girl with millions of dollars or nothing at all. Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith, claims he is the father. His attorney Debra Opri requested Friday’s hearing to ask the judge to order that DNA be immediately collected from the Smith, who died Thursday in Florida. "Nothing was granted. Nothing was denied," Opri said after the hearing. She said another hearing had been set for Feb. 20 and the judge had ordered Smith’s preserved until a decision was made. The DNA is needed to connect Smith with Dannielynn "so that no one can switch the babies," Opri said. She also asked the judge to take jurisdiction over the child, reported to be in the Bahamas with family friends of Smith, until her paternity is established. The judge did not rule. Attorney Howard K. Stern, Smith’s most recent companion, is listed on Dannielynn’s birth certificate as her father. If it is determined he is the biological father and if he was legally married to Smith — which has yet to be established — Stern, not Dannielynn, would likely inherit Smith’s estate, experts say. Ron Rale, an attorney for Anna Nicole Smith, decried the push for the test so soon after her death. "It is despicable that we would have an emergency notice and appear right now," Rale said. He said there was no urgency to deal with the issue because his client’s DNA would be irrelevant in determining who fathered the child.

I just hope there is some way Dannielynn can have a normal life because her first 5 months have been anything but that.

LINDA BELL BLUE, executive producer of "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider" visited HOWARD K. STERN at his hotel in Miami Friday morning. Bell Blue says, "Howard is devastated, inconsolable and distraught after the death of ANNA NICOLE. " Bell Blue adds he was, "hysterical and could barely speak. Tragically and forever wounded." Anna told friends she wanted to be buried next to her son Daniel in the Bahamas. Sources tell ET Anna Nicole did have a will. It was created before Daniel’s death and named him as her sole heir. Howard was named as the executor of her estate.

The autopsy of Anna Nicole Smith was completed Friday afternoon, but the Broward County Medical Examiner says he is not yet able to say how the former Playmate of the Year died. Joshua Perper, Broward County Medical Examiner, told reporters that there was no evidence that Smith had taken a large amount of pills, explaining that the autopsy findings found only a small amount of blood in the stomach. However, he did not rule out drugs as a possible cause of death, saying there are still extensive tests which must be done before officials know what was in Smith’s bloodstream. Perper, who performed the autopsy with members of his staff, did rule out injuries as a cause of death, saying there was evidence the has suffered ‘trauma’ which could have led to her death. Seminole Police Chief Charlie Tiger, whose department is leading the investigation, said that there were no illegal drugs taken from Anna Nicole’s hotel room at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, that only prescription drugs were found. The cause of death has been a hot button issue. WCBS 2 in New York reported that while searching Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room late Thursday afternoon, investigators found two key pieces of evidence — illegal narcotics and prescription medications. The prescription drugs were reportedly in the name of her lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, and included Valium and antibiotics. Over-the-counter drugs, including cold and flu medicines, also reportedly were found. Smith’s mother, Vergie Arthur, responded to the reports while appearing on an early morning talk show Friday morning and said she wasn’t surprised by the alleged findings. "I think she had too many drugs, just like Danny," Vergie Arthur told ABC’s Good Morning America, referring to Smith’s son Daniel, who died in September at age 20. "I tried to warn her about drugs and the people she hung around with," Arthur told GMA. "She didn’t listen. She was too drugged up."

The press conference was painful because it was hard to understand the guy giving it. It sounds like we will not know what killed her for another 3-5 weeks. It reminds me a lot of what happened when her son died and they did not know what killed him either initially.
