Before Kevin Dobson was a detective on Kojak, he was a criminal on Mod Squad. He was just as good playing a bad guy when he was 28 in 1971, as he was playing a good one throughout his career.

Dobson, who was also known for Knot’s Landing, passed away yesterday at the age of 77 from an autoimmune deficiency, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
