Jack Nicholson, who had purchased the house of his late friend and neighbor Marlon Brando, sadly tells me that the house has become "derelict." It held many memories for Jack. But it has been attacked by mold. "And getting the mold out would be difficult. It’s more than likely we will take the house down," Nicholson said. Marlon had become a recluse in that house in his final years. During that time, Marlon had told me how adept he’d become as an artist working at his computer. It was a sad, final chapter.
