A judge is expected to rule on several initial motions filed in Sara Evans’ divorce case following a court hearing this week in the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tenn. The motions will be heard Thursday morning (Oct. 26) in Williamson County Chancery Court. Among them is husband Craig Schelske’s request to dissolve a restraining order which had been issued against him after Evans filed for divorce on Oct. 12. Additionally, Evans’ attorneys reportedly filed additional motions Monday (Oct. 23), among them a gag order to prevent Evans, Schelske and their attorneys from discussing the divorce case with the media.

This should get interesting, but I doubt we will hear how interesting because the gag order will go into effect during that hearing.
