And this is how she gets her body so toned:
1 – I’m starting with infrared absorption for 20 minutes
2 – Then we start to warm the body up with stretching in the infrared sauna for 15 minutes
3 – Then we warm the body more with meditation in the hot sauna for 15 minutes
4 – Heat is over, it’s time for the walk to the ice
5 – It’s ice time. 3 minutes concentrating on my breathing
6 – Then we warm the body up naturally with walking – in the rain
