NBC finally announced when Lopez vs Lopez will be back for its second season, and that date is Tuesday, April 2nd. The comedy, which stars George Lopez and his daughter, Mayan, will be airing back-to-back episodes for five weeks.
This hilarious and heartwarming comedy tells the story of a working-class old-school Latino who moves in with his modern Gen Z daughter as they rebuild their dysfunctional relationship one argument at a time. It’s old vs. new, father vs. daughter, Lopez vs. Lopez.
I said that the Lopezes star in the show, but really pint-sized Brice Gonzalez, who steals every scene that he is in, is the star. The TikTok kid is going to be a massive star because he knows how to get huge laughs.
So you need to watch the show so that we can watch him grow up and get better with each season.
