Céline Dion has had a difficult few years due to health issues. But now she is doing a residency in Paris and has received a wonderful honor. Mattel has made a Barbie in her likeness.
The doll copies the singer’s look from when she was nominated for, and won, an Oscar in 1998 for My Heart Will Go On from Titanic. She wears an ocean-blue, body-hugging, floor-length turtleneck gown, dazzled with a Heart of the Ocean necklace featuring a heart-shaped blue diamond that resembles the one from the movie.
The Barbie Signature Celine Dion Collectible Doll is available for purchase on Mattel.com.
Before David Boreanaz was the good guy beating people up, he was the bad guy getting knocked out by Al Bundy on Married… with Children. He looks the same now as he did in that 1993 episode when he was 23.
For almost every year since 1997, David Boreanaz has been a lead character in a series. From 1997-2004, he played Angel in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the spinoff Angel. In 2005, he was cast as Seeley Booth in Bones and played the detective until 2017. That same year, he joined SEAL Team and remained part of that team until 2024.
But then television gave him a much-needed break. That is, until NBC hired him to take on the title role in The Rockford Files, which is slated to premiere in January.
Today, the network revealed he is officially back in production and hard at work on the private investigator drama.
The remake is a contemporary update on the classic series of the same name. Newly paroled after doing time for a crime he didn’t commit, James Rockford returns to his life as a private investigator using his charm and wit to solve cases around Los Angeles. It doesn’t take long for his quest for legitimacy to land him squarely in the crosshairs of both local police and organized crime.
How long do you think this series will last with his track record?
Two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank, 52, became a first-time mom to twins, Aya and Ohm, on April 9, 2023. Today, she announced in the cutest baby announcement that she is expecting baby #3 before the new year.
The actress, her husband, Philip Schneider, and their 3-year-old son and daughter danced in the dark with neon sticks outlining their bodies, hers with a stick-figure baby on her belly, to show off their growing family in the video.
