ABC found an interesting way to get us to watch their shows this season. Several of their series are staging reunions the week of October 7th.
For example, on October 9th, The Goldbergs is bringing Cheers’ Kirstie Alley, Rhea Perlman, John Ratzenberger and George Wendt to a bar again. Two days later, Diedrich Bader is reunited with his castmates, Drew Carey, Ryan Stiles and Kathy Kinney, from The Drew Carey Show. That Sunday, we get a Castle reunion on The Rookie when Nathan Fillion gets to see his old pals Seamus Deaver and Jon Huertas again. I wonder where Stana Katic is? Too soon?
We also will see reunions from Girlfriends, Charmed, Blues Brothers 2000, Wet Hot American Summer and Crazy Rich Asians.
To the executive who came up with this brilliant idea, I have two words for you. They are thank and you. I can’t wait to see all the reunions. Then again, I already watch most shows.

Now that The Rookie is over for the season, that let’s Nathan Fillion change his hair up. Therefore, he took out the clippers and started cutting. Then he looked in the mirror and realized something. He is sharing that realization with us.
He words of wizdumb are, “The key to cutting your own hair is when you stop. I recommend right after ‘This is looking good.’ and ‘Oh, God. What have I done?’
Personally, I think this is his best haircut yet! He should keep it like this and not go back to his boyish do. What do you think?
There is a lot of buzzing on the set of The Rookie today and it is not about the show possibly getting a second season. Instead, it is all about Nathan Fillion and Eric Winter shaving their stubble so that they are fresh faced for the police dramedy.
They look so good, how can ABC not bring the show back for another year?
Last month,ABC only asked A Million Little Things for four more episodes, and today The Rookie found out how many more episodes they want from the police dramedy. The Nathan Fillion starrer was asked to do another seven more bringing their total to 20. Two less than a normal, but close enough. Which is a good thing because the more Nathan Fillion, the better.
Before Nathan Fillion was newbie cop on The Rookie, he was a Master Warrant Officer in Ordeal in the Attic. He looks the same now as he did when he was 21 in that 1993 movie.
