Ghostbusters II’s Elaine’s important update on today being the end of the World
February 14th, 2016 under Bill Murray. [ Comments: none ]

via Ghostheads
Back in 1989, Ghostbusters II predicted that today would be the end of the World. Elaine told Dr Peter Venkman that an Alien, whom she met at a bar in Paramus, NJ, told her that today is our end of days. Is it?
Earlier this week, she took to YouTube to share this very important update with us. She wanted us to know that that Alien recently texted her and said, “The World is not ending!” Then she added he said, “That prediction was based on the fact that slime was rising at such a rate.” How can we prevent the Apocalypse? The Alien revealed to her, “As long as there is more love than slime the World goes on.” So keep the love, not the slime flowing.
Although, I think that the Alien’s prediction was off by exactly 4 months. What happens then? The Ghostbusters reboot comes out…

Ghostbusters II predicts this Valentine’s Day as the End of the World!
February 10th, 2016 under Bill Murray. [ Comments: none ]

Back in 1989, February 14, 2016 seemed like a really long time away because it was 25 years in the future. But on February 10, 2016, that seems like it is really near because it is.
Why am I bringing this up? Because during Ghostbusters II, Dr. Peter Venkman (Bill Murray) hosted a show for Psychics and a woman told him a source told her that the World will end on February 14, 2016. Where did Elaine (Chloe Webb) get this information, she said, “I received this information from an alien.” Then she added, “It was in the Paramus Holiday Inn, I was having a drink at the bar alone and this alien approached me. He started talking to me. He bought me a drink.” Then that alien took her back to his room and told her about the End of the World.
So folks, if you get dumped or you are single on Valentine’s Day and it feels like the End of the World, it is because Ghostbusters II said so.

A Very Murray Christmas will put you in a very Murray mood!!!
December 4th, 2015 under Bill Murray, Netflix. [ Comments: none ]

A Very Murray Christmas is the holiday special you have been waiting for your whole life, you just didn’t know it until now. Thankfully, Netflix made it a reality and we can watch it every Christmas from now on.
The premise of the special is that Bill Murray is going to do a live Christmas show, but there is a really bad snow storm in NYC and no one is able to show up. Now he has to do show with no celebrities and he doesn’t want to do it with them. Luckily, he runs into Chris Rock and gets him to appear on the show even though he doesn’t want to do it either. Thankfully for both of them, the power goes out on the whole Eastern Seaboard and the show is cancelled.
But wait, does A Very Murray Christmas end there? No, since he is trapped in the hotel, he is going to explore it. Along the way, he will meet several of the employees, tourists and people having an event at The Carlyle Hotel. As he comes across them, they will sing Christmas Carols together and cheer will come to all with each song. It will be a Very Murray Christmas for all especially for Bill who gets so drunk he has a fantasy that includes Miley Cyrus and George Clooney because we all fantasize about them.
The cheerful special is directed by Sofia Coppola and stars Paul Shaffer, Amy Poehler, Julie White, Michael Cera, David Johansen, Maya Rudolph, Jason Schwartzman, Jenny Lewis and Rashida Jones. Almost all of them angelic voice that will bring a whole new enjoyment to several of those Christmas songs we have been singing our wholes live.
A Very Murray Christmas is not for kids, but us adults get to enjoy a Christmas special that is our own. We need more of them!

Bill Murray’s final time on David Letterman’s show takes the cake
May 19th, 2015 under Bill Murray, David Letterman. [ Comments: 1 ]

Bill Murray was David Letterman’s first guest on NBC’s Late Night and CBS’s The Late Show, so it is only fitting that he was his last guest. Murray always does something wacky and fun whenever he is on the talk show, and tonight was no different. Scrooge made everyone happy when he came out of a huge cake. Proving you can have your cake and eat it too, if you host late night talk shows for 33 years.

Bill Murray rode into Jimmy Kimmel Live on his high horse!
March 20th, 2015 under Bill Murray, Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: 1 ]

Bill Murray knows how to make a late night entrance and, I reckon, he made one that Jimmy Kimmel Live won’t soon forget. The actor came out on a horse wearing cowgirl attire and it was the grandest entrance the ABC show has seen.
You what the biggest lesson we got from this, who knew Bill Murray had such sexy legs? Hubba hubba!
