Gordon Ramsay reviews Halloween Treats!
October 26th, 2016 under Gordon Ramsay, Halloween, Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: none ]

We know that Gordon Ramsay knows food, and Jimmy Kimmel Live asked him to review The Five Worst Halloween Treats. Let’s his critique is a total treat!
The first candy he reviewed was Smarties. He feels they are the perfect mix of aspirin and Tums is for dummies. Call me dumb because I still like them.
Next up was, was Circus Peanuts which he revealed are Clown pen!ses. That is why they remind me of Donald Trump, you know because they are orange, from a clown and I would assume about the right size.
Third up is Candy Corn or as he properly calls it, ear wax in the shape of a rotten tooth. They taste that way too. So nasty. I never got that.
Finally, he talked about apples and pennies, and no one, including him, like them.

One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato no more on MasterChef
August 24th, 2016 under Gordon Ramsay. [ Comments: none ]

MasterChef is finally back on Fox tonight at 8p and it is twice as good. That’s because they are airing two episodes back to back. Kevin Sbraga is the Guest Chef and the 9 remaining contestants are going to have to impress him, Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi. That is a tough order, but they are up for the challenge.
The first episode starts off with Mystery Box Challenge and the contestants have to prepare 3 fine dining dishes. Sounds easy, but it is harder than it looks. These Home Cooks have learned so much in the past weeks that they come very close to perfecting a 5 Star Meal.
Three of them made dishes better than the rest, and only one of them will win the advantage that moves them to the Top 8. Now that winner has been decided, they get to choose which of their competitors get to cook with the whole Salmon that needs to be sliced up and which ones get to prepare a meal with the canned version of it. Yes, canned version. Both are equally challenging and it will do someone in. All leading to a surprise elimination and I think the wrong person was sent home.
And then there were 8. The Top 8 contestants are given a new challenge that is broken into the three parts. They will have to prepare potatoes three different ways.
All 8 will prepare a cone of french fries. The 4 that master it move on and the other half must prepare mashed potatoes. At end of this phase, two move on and two must make my favorite pasta, gnocchi. Now the bottom 2 are about to become one and this elimination is the most shocking of all this season.
Finally, it is time for next week’s promo and one contestant will literally go down. From the way they left it, it doesn’t sound like they are going to get back up again. Hopefully they will because they are one my favorites. Just like MasterChef is one my favorite competition shows.

Jimmy Fallon gives Gordon Ramsay a time out!
June 23rd, 2016 under Gordon Ramsay. [ Comments: none ]

Jimmy Fallon allows a lot of things on The Tonight Show, but he doesn’t allow cursing. That is something Gordon Ramsay doesn’t know how to not to do, so when he used the F-word the NBC host sent him banished him to the naughty step.
Then when The Chef was ready to continue on with the interview, he hopped on back to he couch.
Did the naughty step teach him not to use 4-letter words? Hell no, and that is why we love the MasterChef.

Gordon Ramsay looks so peaceful when he sleeps
June 13th, 2016 under Gordon Ramsay. [ Comments: none ]

We are used to seeing Gordon Ramsay being mean to Chefs, MasterChefs restaurant owners and hotel owners, but when he sleeps he looks so nice. Look at him in this photo, it is like he a completely different man. One who is not as terrifying, and I am not sure I like it. I like the Chef just as he is. Tough on the outside, but yet soft on the inside.

Is Gordon Ramsay staying at a Hotel Hell that’s at the point of no return?
June 7th, 2016 under Gordon Ramsay. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 8p on Fox, Gordon Ramsay goes to hotel that truly is a Hotel Hell. From the outside, The Town’s Inn in Harper’s Ferry, WV is gorgeous, but on the inside it is disgusting.
The owner is completely clueless on how bad the situation really is. She is a hoarder and there is crap all over the place. She has a room full of baskets to sell to the people who stay there, and they are covered in dust and dead bugs. It gets worse. When Ramsay goes to check into his room, he has no where to put his clothes because the armoire is full of her clothes. Which is weird because she wears the same thing over and over again. Not only doesn’t he have a place to put anything away, the room has a strange odor to it. Wait until he find out what it is. That will horrify you, but not as much as unhealthy his detector discovers it to be. Plus, there is even more of a nightmare to the room, and the owner doesn’t see how much of a health hazard it is.
If it was only the rooms it would be one thing, but the restaurant is the scariest thing we have seen on any of his shows including Kitchen Nightmares. You will never believe that people ate there and survived. It is that much of a health risk.
It is such a horror and the owner is so oblivious to it all, that he decides that this hotel is beyond his help. Will he give up on it or will he decide to come back and save it?
You will just have to tune in tonight and next week to see a challenge that is so huge it even the great Gordon Ramsay can’t do anything for it.
