Did Freeform finally admit this is Pretty Little Liars last season?
April 11th, 2016 under Freeform. [ Comments: none ]

Even though Lucy Hale said that this upcoming season of Pretty Little Liars would be its last, the network has neither confirmed or denied it.
Then today they sent a press release about production beginning on the 7th season of their biggest show and said, “In this upcoming season, the Liars will band together to unearth answers to the last remaining secrets and take down ‘Uber A’ for good in the most romantic season of PLL yet.” While the network didn’t say it is the final season, I think that by saying “last remaining secrets” kind of does. What do you think?
There was one other reveal made in the press release, they announced that Troian Bellisario will make her directorial debut this season. I can’t wait to see what she does when the show ends because she truly has a bright future ahead of her.

Switched at Birth is ending
March 12th, 2016 under Freeform. [ Comments: none ]

Switched at Birth is filming its 100th episode; and as a present to the show, Freeform cancelled it. The network announced yesterday that they are not picking up the show for a 6th season. Which I find surprising because the drama has been doing well and has gotten them a lot of buzz during their run.
Now with this show and Pretty Little Liars ending, not only we will not recognize the network because of its new name, but we also won’t recognize it because none of the shows we know them for are still on the air. Is there any way Paul Lee would consider coming back and saving them?
While I am not taking the news that great, the show’s stars Lea Thompson, Constance Marie, Katie Leclerc and Vanessa Marano seem to be taking it better than me.

Lea Thompson directs Switched at Birth in lingerie!
March 8th, 2016 under Freeform, Lea Thompson. [ Comments: 1 ]

Not only does Lea Thompson star on Freeform’s hit show Switched at Birth, she is directing its 100th episode. How is she going to get the male stars to listen to her direction? She is going to do it dressed in sexy black lingerie. Well, at least that is what her character is supposed to be wearing when she is telling them what to do.
When it comes to how she looks in her Director’s uniform, she looks phenomenal. Can you believe she is the mother of 2 women in their 20’s and she’s 54 years old? She looks more like she is her daughters’ ages than her own. She still looks like she did when she played Michael J Fox’s mother when she was a teen in Back to the Future. Seriously, doesn’t she look outstanding for any age?

Young & Hungry cooks up a 4th season!
March 7th, 2016 under Freeform, Young and Hungry. [ Comments: none ]

Back in January, ABC Family changed its name to Freeform and today they renewed their first show under the new title. That show is the hysterical Young & Hungry. That means not only do we get another season chock full of laughs, but another one of will they or won’t they. Although, part me wants Josh and Gabi to work out already because they are so perfect for each other. But then again it is fun to see them get together, break up, date other people and then do it all over again.
Now that they picked up this sitcom for another, when are they going to do the same with Baby Daddy? I am so happy that these Wednesday night shows were finally paired up together because it is the perfect meal for hump day!

Fifty Shades of Pretty Little Lucy Hale
March 3rd, 2016 under Freeform. [ Comments: none ]

Lucy Hale shared a photo of herself wearing lingerie and a black lace eye mask, and it is the sexiest I have seen her look.
She really looks like she could easily play Anastasia Steele in the Fifty Shades franchise. In fact, when I read the book, I pictured her in the role. Now, I know I was right. Don’t you think the Pretty Little Liar has grown up into more adult roles since she started in the role?
