It is like 20 degrees in NYC today and neither Katie Holmes nor Suri Cruise are wearing coats. If there is snow on the ground and the tempature is below freezing, you have to do a coat. How can you not? Suri could get sick and we just can't have that.
well arent they only walking from their house to the car? or from a store to a car?

I see Katie is wearing a sweater and Suri is covered in a blanket. which is enough if they are only walking from the car to the house. Besides they are scientologists and they can never get sick so Hypothermia can just suck it.
