What was Lily Allen thinking when she put on that dress. It looks like a dress a 8 year old girl would make. You know cause she really liked pink but didn't have enough fabric to put it together so used whatever she could.
Most of time Lily Allen has good fashion sense.Then sometimes, she goes way out there.What was she thinking? Yeah its a bad dress, but at least now we know she doesn’t have body issues. That’s right Katy Perry, Shut up!

Most likely it’s the flashbulbs reacting to the shear part of the dress, the same thing happen when she was in Cannes last May. It’s an ugly dress though
