Looks like Heather Locklear's face is swollen from either too much water or sun.
Hopefully when she is back from vacation she will look at these pictures as a reason to keep staying away from plastic surgery because she normally looks great even though she is 46!

In that first photo? If that’s what she looks like when she cries, I’d try to keep her in a good mood and really happy all the time!!! lol. No, this is actually a scary bloated, puffy look for Heather. Very unattractive and it probably is the result of all the plastic surgery. Why do people keep doing these things to themselves?
