These women are idolized all around the world for being who they are and rising above the standards of the industry that they are in. they ooze confidence and independance and aren’t afraid to be different. They are role models in ther own right and idolized by men and women alike all around the world. how in the world are they not sexy? just because they don’t have a perfect face or a perfect body?

and the comments that Maxim made about them? it was the kind of words that make teenage girls all around the world want to stick their fingers down their throats and girls as young as 14 years old think about going under the knife for bigger boobs or smaller noses.

for Maxim to have fallen so low below their standards, i am beyond disgusted. sexiness isn’t skin deep. i urge everyone to boycott the issue.

I’m a guy and find the Maxim Unsexiest list to be a hit way below the belt. I agree it is tasteless and wrong. I am not a very emotional person and think more logically, but did they consider the ramifications of those that they chose or what might they think and how it will effect them, NO! It really is messed up.

I would just like to add that besides being tasteless it actually makes me fear for Western Civilization in general. Are these the things that matter most to us? I sure hope not. We could learn alot from our neighbors in war-torn and impoverished countries. Ask them if they care whether or not they look or feel sexy, and the answers they give would humble us all I’m sure. Shame on you Maxim, shame on all of you.

I think she is just unique more than anything. In my opinion, her worst problem is that she has gone over to the “a little too thin” side. When women are too thin, they start to look gaunt. I think her face would plump up and look nicer if she wasn’t borderline anorexic. This holds true for many hollywood starlets right now.

SJP should #1 as the unsexist. She really isn’t that attractive. I don’t know what she is bitching about, she’s married and has a kid she should be happy at least one male found her sexy. Madonna shouldn’t be there as she worked hard to achieve want she has and many males find successful women unattractive because they make them feel small. Brit shouldn’t be there because she has real issues going on in her life and they shouldn’t be held against her, she is an unfortunate product of her environment. As for Amy she is asking for negative comments. She does have the right to look the way she wants if she thinks it is beautiful more power to her at least she has deliberately made herself look that way unlike SJP who tries to pretend to be what she isn’t. Sandra is find as she is. Maxim has every right to publish what it wants ‘freedom of speech’. So Vogue can go right ahead and do the same.
