Matthew McConaughey is so baked? I am not sure if it is because the sun is doing or the stuff he is smoking? I mean what else can explain those pictures because according to INF Daily that is not for his movie Surfer Dude. Talking about Surfer Dude just by looking at the pictures the paparazzi have been taking of the movie, it so has Razzie nom written all over it.
