First MGM thought it was a good idea to do a sequel to War Game 25 years after the original came out and it wasn’t. Now they think it is a good idea to remake the movie according to Deadline and I don’t think it will be. The reason why the original one worked so well is because back then personal computers were so new, but now we are so used to them that the concept won’t work as well. Well that and I am just sick of every big movie from the ’80s being remade. Hey Hollywood keep trying to come up with original movies like Super 8 and The Hangover because we appreciate them more than the sh!tty remakes.
