So remember a few years ago when Danny DeVito appeared on The View still drunk from downing too much Limoncello with George Clooney the night beforehand. Well the same thing sort of happened to Whoopi Goldberg on the show today. The Oscar winning host hates to fly, so when she has to she makes sure to drug up. Well the effects of the sedatives didn’t wear off in enough time so she did the show still under the influence and Gawker made a best of video of her slurring her words as much as the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star did when he was on the show!
After watching Whoopi’s appearance on the today’s show, I say let’s get all the women high on sedatives before the show. It will probably be the most entertaining hour of television ever and the ratings will go through the roof. And if it is a success maybe they should do it every day, I know it would get me to finally watch The View daily.

Look — Whoopi is hilarious and I love her — but I feel it was way irresponible to put her on telvison while under the influence of whatever she was under. Bad, bad, bad on so many levels. Hey – I have fun like the next person but I don’t go on national television to prove it. Bad management, bad decision, bad impression, just bad/tacky all around.
