A few months ago it was announced they were looking for an actor to play Serena's dad on Gossip Girl, and now
Michael Ausiello is telling us who it is. The skinny Baldwin brother, Billy has been cast to play William van der Woodsen. Now maybe because I am still picturing Matt Barr in the role because of the failed spinoff, but I don't think he is right for the role. I mean it is like how many actors had to say no before they found him. Granted I was really hoping for either John Schneider or William Zabka for the role. Who were you hoping would be cast the van der Woodsen patriarch?
