OMG! She’s HUGE! She lost all that weight only to make a bigger family. I hope its twins because from the looks of it, it looks like triplets!!!

You know these kids are loved with all this weight gain. But I do hope it’s triplets. Then she can have her tubes tied . . . FOREVER!!!

As a woman whose had a gastric bypass (like Carnie), I understand how easy it is to gain the weight back. The do surgery on your body, not your brain. She looks beautifully pregnant, I just hope she’s able to drop the weight by using the tool the surgery gave her.
