Whoever told Beyonce to wear that necklace with that dress should be fired. You wear a necklace like that with a turtleneck or a really low cut dress, but not with a neckline with that. That dress is so simple it didn't need anything around her neck especially not that monstrosity.
Huge shoulder pads and slicked-back hair don’t go together either, because the combination makes the head look shrunken. And that giant collar makes her head look even smaller.
