No bull about it, that is the stumpiest thing I saw a celebrity wear for a photoshoot. And by the looks of that picture Shai LeBrouf is not hung like bull.

Justin Chambers and Britney Spears have something in common
January 31st, 2008 under Grey's Anatomy. [ Comments: 1 ]

(photo from WireImage)
Justin Chambers was admitted to the same UCLA psych ward that Britney Spears is currently being evaluated in according to TMZ. Chambers checked in Monday, a day after the above photo was taken, for exhaustion. His publicist said he went in because he was "exhausted and suffers from a sleeping disorder. He went in voluntarily to get some help." Lucky for him he checked out yesterday before Hurricane Britney blew in. But my question is what he is exhausted from, it is not like he working on Grey's Anatomy?
Hopefully he is getting some sleep now!

January 31st, 2008 under Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: none ]

About a year ago my friend Dave asked me if saw Evil Donny Osmond on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and I looked at him like why would I watch Jimmy Kimmel Live! So I got home and watched the clip on YouTube and thought heck this is actually funny I think I will check out his show. I liked what I saw and added it to my DVR. Shortly after I started watching the show, Jimmy pulled the above April Fool’s Day joke on his Aunt Chippy and since April’s Fool Day is my birthday I was officially hooked.
Some of the funniest crap I have seen this year has been from this show and I have tried to share the show’s great humor with y’all and hopefully introduced you guys to one of the funniest people on the TV! Definitely the funniest guy on late-night TV today. A throwback to the brilliance of Johnny Carson something that went away when he retired from The Tonight Show, but was recaptured with Jimmy Kimmel!
So tonight the show turns 5 and he will be showing some of his funniest moments from the last five years. So if you have never seen the show, tonight is a great time to start because you will be seeing the best of the best! Plus his girlfriend Sarah Silverman has a big surprise for him!?!
So watch Jimmy Kimmel Live! turn 5 on ABC at 12:05a!!!

Eli Stone premires on ABC tonight at 10p
January 31st, 2008 under ABC. [ Comments: none ]

Driven by ambition, Eli Stone (Jonny Lee Miller, “The Flying Scotsman”) has built a successful career at a top San Francisco law firm in representing the biggest and richest corporations where “screwing over the little guy” is common practice. After experiencing a series of odd hallucinations, including a crooning vision of George Michael, Eli turns to his neurologist brother, Nathan (Matt Letsher, “The New Adventures of Old Christine”), only to be told there is nothing wrong with him. As the visions persist, he’s anxious to find the cause of his delirium and seeks the help of Dr. Chen (James Saito, “I Think I Love My Wife”), a Chinese acupuncturist who specializes in holistic medicine. Though skeptical of his practice, Eli finds Dr. Chen can help him recall important memories from his past.
While Eli is skeptical of being a prophet, his visions have helped him to recall what his father once impressed upon him — “You’re meant to do great things… speak inspired words… you’re going to help people.” With his father’s words in mind, Eli redefines his outlook on life and his intent as a lawyer, beginning with a case in which he represents an old acquaintance against one of his firm’s most important clients. Despite opposition from his imposing boss and future father-in-law, Jordan Wethersby (Victor Garber, “Alias”), and fiancée Taylor (Natasha Henstride, “Commander in Chief”), he chooses to stay the course.

Eli Stone had me when I saw that it was created by Greg Berlanti (Dawson’s Creek, Everwood, Jack and Bobby, Brothers & Sisters) and it was not a political drama. Well actually I am lying, the show had me at the promo!
I have seen 3 episodes of Eli Stone and I can’t wait to see more. The show is a mix of Boston Legal with a little Quantum Leap/Journeyman. Eli Stone is a lawyer who is all about the money until he starts getting visions that leads him to find the cases of people who really need him to help win their cases. Like in the pilot episode he hears George Michael singing Faith and he can’t stop hearing the song until he goes to an acupuncturists who helps him realize why that song will always have very special meaning to him and that meaning leads him to defending the person that it has meaning to. It is really interesting to see how the clues help him find the people to help and help him fight their case. The cases are original (a Berlanti thing) and really tug at your heart.
The cast is great in this show! Jonny Lee Miller is so likable, Loretta Divine is her typical crazy self and James Saito is amazing as the acupuncturist! But word of advice more more more Tom Amandes, please.
This is a great show for a Thursday evening, doesn’t require too many brain cells but tickles them just enough so that you are ready for your last day of work for the week!
So have Faith in Eli Stone tonight on ABC at 10p!!!

Will Dean survive tonight’s Supernatural on The CW at 9p?
January 31st, 2008 under Supernatural. [ Comments: 1 ]

Supernatural is back for the first of four all new episodes tonight on The CW at 9p!

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) travel to Sturbridge, Massachusetts, and discover a coven of witches that has killed two people. Ruby (Katie Cassidy) warns the brothers to stay away as the demon controlling these witches is very powerful and will surely kill them. Ignoring her plea, Sam and Dean go in after the coven and confront the head witch, who reveals Ruby’s past.

I love how much Sam has grown over this whole season, so I can’t wait to see how he saves his brother…if he does?
If you have never seen Supernatural now is as good a time as any because this show is so well done you will be hooked by the opening credits…at least if the demons have their way!
So tune into Supernatural tonight on The CW at 9p to appease the devil and me!

Britney Spears hospitalized again
January 31st, 2008 under Britney Spears. [ Comments: none ]

I hate to do this, but in the few hours of sleep I got Britney Spears was committed one again. I would like to put it in my own words but so much crap went down in 4 hours that it is easier to repost how TMZ describes what all went down.

TMZ has broken story after story in the middle of the night, detailing the second commitment of Britney Spears that occurred in the last few hours. For all of you who have just logged on, here’s a summary.
Last night, Britney’s new psychiatrist went to her home and felt she was a danger to herself and others — partly because of her reckless driving and partly because of her “downhill behavior.” As a result, the shrink launched a plan (days in the making) to have Britney committed to UCLA Medical Center by calling the cops.
Sources tell us the cops knew it was coming. In fact, the plan was for cops and paramedics to take Britney away the night before, but it was scrubbed. Last night, it all went down according to plan. Cops even used code to minimize craziness in transporting Britney to the hospital. Over the police radio, she was referred to as “The Package.”
Before the cops arrived, the shrink told her she was going back to the hospital and she offered no resistance. She said, “Is something wrong?” She made hot chocolate and waited. Her mom, Lynne, got extremely agitated, accusing Sam of engineering the impending commitment. We’re told Brit told her to “shut the hell up.” She demanded silence, sat on the floor and wrote notes to people who were there as they waited. When emergency personnel arrived, Brit went on the gurney without resistance.
When everyone arrived at UCLA, things got heated. Jamie Spears began screaming at Sam Lutfi, accusing him of trying to control Britney. We’re told as far as the doctors are concerned — at least for now — Lynne and Jamie Spears are not calling the shots. The point guy for the docs is Brit’s friend, Sam Lutfi.
Sources say after Britney’s commitment earlier this month, she was extremely upset at her dad for getting angry at Sam and the hospital staff. Britney had lawyers draft several documents, however, we’re told she did not sign a durable power of attorney giving Lutfi the power to make medical decisions on her behalf. Nevertheless, something was signed and doctors are going to Lutfi for guidance. Jamie went off on Lutfi in the hallway, accusing him of trying to control his daughter.
Britney has been calm in the hospital, even getting a “cigarette break.”
We’re told during the initial 72-hour stay she cannot be forced to take medication against her will. If, however, she refuses to take the meds, the plan is for the psychiatrist to go to court and have Britney held for an additional 14 days, during which time he could administer proper medications.
As TMZ first reported, Britney has already been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder and has sporadically taken her medication. But one source says the meds just aren’t doing the trick.
Oh, and get this. Lynne Spears drove to the hospital tonight with Brit’s pap friend Adnan!

Here is what People had that was different:

What brought on the hospitalization? “She was driving around her neighborhood like a mad-woman,” says a Spears family source. “Britney has been prescribed medication which she refuses to take. This is just another sad, sad evening.”
Earlier in the night, Internet rumors claimed that the singer had attempted suicide, but Lutfi and Sims both denied those claims to PEOPLE.
As last night’s incident unfolded, a Spears source told PEOPLE simply, “Pray, please.”

I kind of had feeling when her mom came to LA that this was going to happen. Hopefully UCLA will keep her in there the whole time, but you never know with her.
The scariest thing to be revealed last night is that Sam Lutfi might have power of her medical needs.
BTW how nice of Britney Spears to wait until the start of February sweeps before she would decide to lose it again.
