Imaginary Mary makes its real debut tonight at 8:30p on ABC, and you want to check out the latest sitcom from The Goldberg’s Adam F Goldberg.
Alice (Jenna Elfman) is a workaholic Sport Public Relations Guru who never wanted kids. Then she meets and falls in love with a man (Stephen Schneider) with who has 3 of them. Now, she has to try to get to know the kids she doesn’t want from the man she does want.
How will she do it? With the help from her old friend, who got her through her childhood, Imaginary Mary. She is a smart talking imaginary friend who is not the person, or should I say friend, you want to have help you out.
Alice is not the girl she used to be, so she listens but does not always take Mary’s advice. Which is good because not all of it works on Ben’s kids. There’s rebellious teenager (Matreya Scarrwener) and she will be the hardest one to break. Wannabe Andy (Nicholas Coombe) who needs help to become a man, and Alice will be that person. Not in a sexual way, but toughening him up. Finally, there is sweet little Bunny (Erica Tremblay) who immediately falls in love with Alice. But is that enough?
It will be a learning curve for the 6 of them, but as long as they have each other it will all work out. Just like this show that makes you want to watch it with your imaginary friend. Admit it we all have one and they have been waiting for something to watch with you since Drop Dead Fred.
Before Jenna Elfman was Keeping the Faith with Ed Norton and Ben Stiller, she was dancing in Depeche Mode’s Halo. Who knew that when the actress was 18 years old back in 1990, she was a natural brunette?
Here she is on The Late Late Show with James Corden talking about why dancing in the video was awkward for her.
Jenna Elfman was on Conan O’Brien’s talk show the other night and she talked to the TBS late night host about her sex life, or lack there of, due something she does. She told him that just as she is about to go down on her husband, she will bring up a topic that will make him go down. It wasn’t as much the way she said it, it was that she demonstrated it that makes this video a must watch!
And another must watch is her on 1600 Penn tonight at 9:30p on NBC! It is by order of the President that you watch that show tonight and every Thursday.
Jenna Elfman was on The Tonight Show on Friday and she shared Jay Leno that when her husband Bodhi was going through his mid-life crisis that she told him to go for it. The star of 1600 Penn said that things had gotten so bad with him that she wanted to be the good wife and to shut up her bad husband. Knowing that he had the go ahead, he didn’t take her up on the offer. And that is why they’re celebrating their 18th year of wedded bliss this month.
BTW I would never ever offer that option to my husband, unless I really wanted a divorce because then I would know that I would get half if he said yes!
