Adele cancels her last two shows in her own special way
July 1st, 2017 under Adele. [ Comments: none ]

Adele just toured the world, but she was forced to cancel her last 2 concerts of the tour at Wimbley because she damaged her vocal cords. The singer wrote a note to her fans and it is so her. As mad as those concert goers must be, it is hard to stay mad at her after reading that. That is why we love her and we are hoping she is better soon because her voice needs to saved for future songs. It is too important to lose.

Watch Adele get scared of a mosquito!
March 7th, 2017 under Adele. [ Comments: none ]

Adele was performing in Brisbane the other night when things got down right buggy. That’s because a big mosquito flew in front of her and brought its friends with it. She got so scared, she was running around like a crazy woman. Which I can’t say I blame her because did you see how big those things are.

When it comes to the bugs. I can’t blame them either. Heck, what doesn’t want to see and hear Adele sing live and go up to her just to say hello?

Adele’s made her touching tribute to George Michael her own!

Tonight at the Grammys Adele sang George Michael’s 1996 song FastLove as a tribute to the singer that died less than two months ago. When the song took a tumble, she cursed. Then she said, “I’m sorry for swearing and I’m sorry for starting again. Can we please start it again? I’m sorry, I can’t mess this up for him. I’m sorry. I can’t.”

She stared it over again and it went off without a hitch. So pitch perfect Michael wouldn’t let the sun go down on her for it.

As beautiful as it was, I wish she would’ve picked a song he was more known for. She could’ve slowed down Faith and there wouldn’t have been a dry in the house or at home. Picking one of his lesser known tunes is not really celebrating his career as much as one we all know. He was one of the two late artists who got a special tribute and it was for the reason that his music touched several generations and will keep doing so for many generations to come. This tribute will be forgotten before she can sing the word Hello. It wasn’t bad, it just could’ve been more.

The other legendary singer who got a special tribute tonight was Prince who was a musical King. The man, who died last April, could play over 100 instruments and make music that will last several lifetimes. He was honored by a band founded, The Time and Bruno Mars, who takes inspiration from him. It is something we can all go crazy about because it is a number that perfectly captures the singer’s essence. Let’s Go Crazy over Prince one last time at the Grammys!

All I wanted for Christmas was the Carpool Karaoke
December 16th, 2016 under 50 Cent, Adele, Demi Lovato, Elton John, James Corden, Jonas Brothers, Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez. [ Comments: none ]

Last year James Corden surprised us with a star studded Christmas Carpool Karaoke on The Late Late Show, and this year he followed it up with a bigger one. He asked Mariah Carey to sit in the drivers seat as they sang her huge Christmas hit, All I Want for Christmas. But what we didn’t know, he has been working on this since January. He had past passengers like Adele, Gwen Stefani, Elton John, Lady Gaga and shockingly Red Hot Chili Peppers sing the Billboard Holiday Chart Topper with him and created this epic version of the addictive tune. Now we have a new Christmas Classic for the years to come.
