Jay Leno made his first appearance on The Tonight Show since he left the show for a second time. Not only did he sit down with his replacement, he also did some of his standup routine for the audience. You know what, it was kind of a dirty. I forgot that he had that side to him because he was so clean when he was hosting the NBC late night show.
When he was done telling his jokes, it was time for him to sit down with Jimmy Fallon. The first thing the new Tonight Show asked him was, “How am I doing?” Leno responded by talking about the weather. Of course he was joking, but he never did answer the question. So maybe he wasn’t?
It was nice to seeing Leno look so relaxed. That is how he looks when I see him driving around Los Angeles, and I’ve seen him driving around in his old cars a few times.

BTWF roles: Jay Leno in Silver Bears
November 5th, 2014 under Before They Were Famous, Jay Leno. [ Comments: none ]

Before Jay Leno had more money than a bank, he was buying a crappy Switzerland bank and a silver mine in Silver Bears. He looks the same now as he did when he was 27 in that 1978 movie.
BTW Silver Bears is now available to own on Cheezy Flicks for just $6.99 and who doesn’t want to add this classic comedy to their collection?

Jay Leno makes his first late night talk show appearance on…
February 27th, 2014 under Arsenio Hall, Jay Leno. [ Comments: 1 ]

Jay Leno said goodbye to The Tonight Show less than a month ago and yet he can’t keep himself off of late night TV. Case in point, yesterday he appeared on his friend, Arsenio Hall’s, show to give him some good news. What is that good news, you ask? The Arsenio Hall Show will be back for a second season…with Jay Leno as a host. Leno was joking about him taking over his job, or was he? I mean it wouldn’t be the first time or the second time Leno took a show from a host.

So long, farewell Jay Leno!
February 7th, 2014 under Jay Leno. [ Comments: none ]

Yesterday was Jay Leno’s final time of hosting The Tonight Show and he got a touching and funny goodbye song from several of the guests that have been on his show for the last 22 years. Carol Burnett, Oprah Winfrey, Jim Parsons, Sheryl Crow and Jack Black were just a few of the people who joined Billy Crystal to sing their own rendition of So Long, Farewell to the late night King. Since he went out as #1, he can still be considered a King.
I want to say to Jay Leno; So long, farewell, Thank you for the laughs you’ve given me. Now go enjoy an epic car buying spree! I hope to see you on Buena Vista again soon in one of your classic automobiles and I promise not honk you because you are driving too slow. Which surprisingly you drive pretty fast in one of them.

BTWF stand up: Jay Leno on Freddie Prinze and Friends
February 6th, 2014 under Before They Were Famous, Jay Leno. [ Comments: none ]

Before Jay Leno was earning all of his spending money from doing standup, he was earning all of his money from standup. How funny was the 25 year old in that 1976 episode of Freddie Prinze and Friends?
